Rpm

Today while driving up a slight hill, and going about 60, I noticed that my accent (automatic) was kind of loud, the RPM's were at the 3 1/2 line, and my car was not shifting. Is this normal, or something i should be concerned about?

02 accent probaly needs the updated pulse generators take it to the dealer i bet you that is what they will replace first if your trans is acting up

I am taking it in on monday, to have an oil change and have them look at this, but the bad part is that I have to take it to the "bad" service department, because the one that is better couldnt have gotten me in till later in the week, and I just startded a new job and cant take time off yet (i am a state employee and we are off monday for MLK day) I will let you know how it works out
