How do you drain the block?

I have a 98 Rodeo with the 3.2L engine and it's time to change the antifreeze. I found the radiator drain, but how do you drain the block? The radiator drain only does just that, as the radiator hoses both connect to the top of the block.

half way through the thread below I describe how I did a trans flush. I did not need to drain the block. I also did not need a radiator flush product, the system was in good condition.
