Wiper Fluid Reservoir

Does anybody now how to pull the reservoir out of a 95 GA SE? Have had the inner fender liner out but still can't get to it! Have a major leak in the tank. Have checked filler tube and it's secure. Looks like the fluid is coming out where the pump attaches to the tank! But I can't get access to it!
