Just a poll re: Ignition key lock

Hello all-

I'm just curious how many of you have replaced your ignition key lock more than once? I have a 97 Lumina which would not start (all lights were on but not turning over) and the dealership replaced the ignition key lock which fixed the problem (at that time, it was still under warranty). Now, it's 2 1/2 years later and the same thing is happening. The problem is intermittant and before I haul it down to the dealership, I'm wondering if anyone has had to replace this two or more times?

not even one. Try just cleaning the contacts on your key. Maybe they are dirty
