opinion on fixing hood

ok very since i bought my car for some reason the hood sticks up a couple of cm on the drivers side bout 3 inches away from the hood latch, ive went onver the hood up and down and its flush on all sides just for that one part, does anybody have any ideas or should i bye a new hood?

got that same prob i got a carbon fiber and closed it with like a wrench on one side if its one of the brackets im going to just take off my hood and pound with a rubber mallet. may it was cause by the same way or for got to latch the hood and fly open?

im not sure im going to check the runner hood things that go around the hood, you know thosh things that make it so it doesnt rattle or somthing
