V6 won't start

Okay....a friend of mine has a 2000 or 2001 V-6 'stang. Blew the engine. Got a used one and had it installed for about $2500.00, by some guys who most folks around here would consider reputable.

Anyways, the thing wouldn't start. The guys who did the work tried everything they could, and decided it was best for the local Ford dealer to take a crack at it. The dealer had it for a day or two, tried to recalibrate the computer among other things and still no start. They gave up. The car is now back at the shop that replaced the engine.

All obvious things have been explored.

Uh, Just A Geuss Im Sure They Tried This But The Fuel Line Might Need To Bleed The Air Out Of The Fuel Rail. And Check Fuel Pressure
