Just got Gran Turismo!!!

Yes, I just got the new Gran Turismo 4!!!! All I can say is.......Damn!!! The damn graphics are unbelievable. When ever you accelerate the whole veiw moves up, meaning it looks like a reall car taking off and lowering in the rear of the car. They also made it so that you can hear the turbo spool up. But one thing I didnt like was that there where no DSM's in the begining. Only a Eagle ESI. So Im wondering if you can maby get a Eclipse or what ever later as a prize? So when it comes out here in America you all should buy it!!!

damnnn!! thank god i didnt delete my GT3 data then, cuz that damn game wont even work on my ps2 anymore.

is there any damage to the vehicles, that is the most i hate about that game...if ur driving a car at those speeds and no dmg...it is tough for me to play, guess that is why i like burnout 3 so much

There are no damage to the vehicles. I agree, it would be funner with car damage.

what's the max output on the 95 gsx?

Gran Turismo 4 will include a 2002 Eclipse and a 1997 GSX (subject to change but i doubt it will)

GT4 doesnt come out until Feb here. Dont know when of Feb, best buy says the 23rd. Can you buy it for me and send it here? :biggrin:

you need a j spec ps2 to play the japanese version. do a gameshark and get all the power mods for the 95 gsx so you can let me know how much power it will have :)

You cant just buy the 95 GSX from Mitsubishi, they only sell the 3g's. The 95 gsx is a prize car so im trying to find out which race i need to do in order to get it. And dont worry once i get it, i'm going to mod the shit out of it!!!

its actually supposed to be a 97, but in japan their eclsipses looked teh same through the years they received them from us, they never got the 2gb just like they never got the 1gb, the only places that got the 1gb and 2gb are us and canda, so their 2g's all look like 2ga's and their 1g's all look like 1ga's , same for europe.

Sorry that its kind of late but i got the results for the eclipse. I found out that its a FF eclipse, not AWD. They call it Eclipse 95 GT which i was kind of disapointed about.

Fully moded: 385whp not including the 100 shot of N20.

The quarter mile time with no N20: 13.048 (no traction what so ever!!!)

Quarter mile time with N20 100 shot: 12.804 (even worst traction then before)


The results really disapointed me. But all the settings where stock on the car. The car also could not boost that high, the boost would drop really quickly (you cant set how much boost you want).
So those are the results. Hope knowone is disapointed like me!! :(

um no electronic arts bought the rights to porsche so nobody else could use it in a game!
