BTCC Team Dynamics Wing?

Is it possible to buy the BTCC race wing on Matt Neals Primera.

I've contacted 6 different shops in England, and none of them have been able to help.

is the dymanics wing unique in any way or does it look like the wing used in STCC?

this wing is the REAL DEAL and Henry got it with the help of Racing Dynamics I belive (they are the BTCC Primera sponser, and at one time were sponsoring Henry for wheels, maybe still are..) i recall him telling me the wing took all hell to get, but maybe he can help you... [email protected]

I talked to Henry a while back about his wing and it's the one from Laurent Arellos BTCC car and is made from carbon kevlar at around $800.00.

You can get ones similar from Erebuni....

Not to mention how they shake when reach 150+ KM/h.

Yes, I am back, I forgot my @#$*% login so I had to create a new one. I haven't updated my site because I have been on a hiatus. I dropped over $8 G's into that car last year alone and I had to take a break.
1. Not a chance in hell I will ever sell that wing. (In a nice way smiling I said that)
2. The factory Nissan Team that ran the saloon cars is no longer so can't use that avenue.
3. The wing was designed for that particular car and tested for the same so they didn't mass produce them. Looking at it up close you can see the detail involved.
4. IF anyone were so lucky to get a hold of the Nissan guys they would say.. "what wing?" Incidentally, I have no idea how it got off the car or whether or not they missed its departure.. all I know is I paid an @ss load of money for that wing and boy was I happy when I got it.

A fiberglass wing will crack and fail at some point due to the stress caused by the downforce. I have seen it on the touring wing knock-offs more than once.

It is as stable as a carbon kevlar wing attached to a modified tunk could ever be. No hint of vibration or shake tested at 125mph. :) The butt end of the car sticks like glue to the pavement around twistys. And your mpg drops by 30% due to the increased drag. Oh, did I mention that that chicks dig it too? LOL

Guess what kids? I found a shop here locally that works composite materials and I gave them my wing.. you know what that means??? mmm hmmm.. carbon fiber BTCC replicas are on the way..

Hell if I know? I just unbolted it and said, "make me another" hell, he asked me to bring him an OEM hood so he is volunteering to make P11 hoods.

well guys, he is making a dupe of mine and we are going to sell it because i know a lot of you like that wing and want it. i decided donate mine so we get a real wing, not some crap fiberglass wanna-be. this will be the real deal carbon kevlar. also they can paint the carbon material prior to working with it so the weave will resemble you paint closely. :)

and these guys used to be in the aerospace industry manufacturing parts for the likes of nasa. government money isn't as lucrative as it used to be and work is tight so they are now shifting to the market where the money is. but they have the processes in place to make some insane product here.

I've been waiting 3 years and two p10's. Count me in.

This is an old thread I know, but I was curious about the progress on the BTCC Touring wing?

Also, with 18" wheels, whats the lowest anyones every dropped their G20, and been able to drive?;)
