a woman in a fishing boat

A woman and her husband go camping near a lake. The husband likes to go fishing and the woman likes to read. So one morning, at the crack of dawn, he wakes up and goes out to fish. He returns before his wife wakes up and goes back to sleep.
The wife wakes up and her husband is still snoring away. She decides to take the boat out, nets and all, and just read in the middle of the lake. Suddenly, the game warden pulls up in his motorboat.
"Sorry ma'am, but you're in a restricted area. You can't fish here, and I'll have to take you in."
"But I'm not fishing, sir," she replies.
"You have all the equipment," he says, looking in her boat. "For all I know you could start at any moment."
"Well," she respnds, "In that case I'd have to charge you with sexual assault."
"But I haven't even touched you!" the warden protests.
"True," she says. "But you have all the equipment and you could start at any moment."
"....You have a nice day ma'am." And he left...
