1998 grand prix gtp dash wiring problems HELP!

I have a 98 pontiac grand prix gtp that I am trying to rebuild it has wires cut in the dash & I am having troulble figuring out what they belong to can any help me find out? These wires are located in the area above the radio it is factory wiring & it has been cut I know its not the radio, I know its not the temp controls. Does any on have a wiring diagram or any clue what they may belong to.

Is your Information center working properly? Did it once have an aftermarket headunit or alarm? Anyway, I hope one of these will help you:
