check this out, its a steal of a deal!

I want to get a pair, but I don't want to get rid of my heated seats (yeah, I live in Canada), and I like my leather. If I can somehow wire my heated seats into these seats, I think I'm going to get some.

Well I think its a good deal.
For $315USD for a pair of seats is like the cheapest you can get.

I think its www.speedpeople.com if not its some website I found in SCCM they have R1 racing seats for around 300bucks for a pair they look really nice but after talking to people who have been around in the car sceen for awhile and have had there share of seats they all say most all racing seats SUCK for street use they are a pain in the butt
unless you spend alot of money on a really nice one I was thinking about the R1 seats but after I've heard a few people say that I think I will stay away from them and maybe get a set of GSR seats not great but better then my DX seats

speedpeople.com sells their seats for $500 a pair. And I think I'd want these just so I would stay in my seat better, and also for looks. I think I slide around a lot when I'm sitting in my stock seats. So I think a sport seat would prevent that from happening.

and also how do they suck for street racing?

the only reason I say they suck for the street is not so much a sucky racing seat for the street but when you have more then just racing on your mind like say driving to work or to your Gfs house they tend to become a real pain

I myself have been looking around for seats since mine are really bad and let you slide around but I also do alot of driving so if I go with a cheaper racing seat I will end up not wanting to drive my car since it would just be a pain when doing 30+ min trips

well I guess it was not speedpeople but one of the webpages I saw had some for 300 bucks came in red black or blue R1 seats

I've never sat in one for a long period of time. Are they that uncomfortable? If they are, then I don't think I'd want them. If you have a real big problem with sliding around, you could try getting a 4 point harness or 3 point harness for your stock seats. That may help.
