performance exhaust, advice, recomendations?

I have a 92 lesabre with a 3.8l v6 and I just went through and cleaned everything out so it's running top knotch now. I have a intake installed on it and want to change the exhaust (header, cat, and muffler). Also should I put two mufflers on for more power or would it create too much backpressure.
