Slip in Overdrive

Anyone notice an oscillating slip of about 200 RPM in overdrive? I've got a list going for the dealer and I wonder if anyone else had this problem too. Seems to happen most around 50 mph on a slight grade when the tach and engine noise seem to surge a bit then come back down every few seconds. If I step on it to make it downshift, the engine and tach are steady.
