dference between 5.0EFI no HO & 5.0 HO

I placed question on ford nonspecific.im trying to keep conversation on one page. just looking for some info

HO stands for High Output. HO has more hoursepower

thankyou anyway buddy but i was looking for a more detailed answer. i asked this a month ago when i found this forum. but i found out what the difference is.i noticed alot of people read this question so i found the answer for you owners of 5.0EFI standart output/ non-HO motor
