LighTS aRe On CRACK!!!. HELP PLZ

i need some help with the headlights. my lights are so fucked up, i have a 1995 240sx and i have the low beams working but when i turn the lights to the brightest setting they cut out. wtf is going on? anyone have any ideas? could it be that one dead light is causing some malfunction? the first and second setting work but the third setting is just fucked up and the high beam will sometimes come on and i cant get them off. its like either nothing or high beams. and i cant do anything bout it. i need help!

ya i got a sound sytem. one sub, one amp, speakers. but i just blew the sub :S. but this problem was before that happend. and my alarm just died all of a sudden. im thinking its gonna be a blown fuse somehwere or a dead light bulb
