I have a 1985 F-150 and the heater is blowing very little heat. The colder it gets outside the less heat I have. I flushed the heater core out and the system but I still get very little heat. I checked the doors and they are all working correctly. Brand new 195 thermostat and gasket. The fan is on high and blows air good just no heat. I would appreciate any help I can get on this matter.
Thank You

Check both heater hoses, see if they are both hot/warm. If so, then your problem is the blend door not directing air accross the heater core as it should.
If one hose is much warmer than the other, your heater core is restricted/plugged.
