port polish ?'s

hi, i have a b18b1 with i/h/e, cai, egnition wires, throttle body spacer, msd blaster coil, str cam seals. I have just bought another head and i am planning on getting it port polished, 3 angle valve job, new retainers, springs, etc. and i was wonder ,aprox., what kind of gains i could get form doing this(the port polish and valve job) thanks

if your still running stock cams, tb, and intake mani. dont expect much gains. you will see alittle though

i would just also port-match it, but you wouldnt really see much gains as stated before. porting is more noticeable with aftermarket cams.
