99 VW Beetle How do I take the inner window panel off?

Does anybody know how to remove the inner panel/window rails on the driver side door of a 99 VW Beetle. I have electric windows. I've got the door panel and the window regulator and motor off. But I can't seem to figure out how to get it off it is currently pooring rain and I would appreciate any help ASAP. Thanks

Hey, I don't know what you mean by inner window panel? Are you trying to remove the glass? You can do this with out removing the panel. Through the 2 holes use a socket to loosen the bolts in the carrier and tilt the glass to remove it up. Careful not to drop it.
