1995 Caravan Heatercore removal

Does anyone know how the heater core comes out of a 95 Caravan
I am having a low heat problem from the heater and would like to know if the heater box has to be removed or is there a simpler way

It's a labourious job of 6-8 hrs and it may not fix your low heat problem. Check tstat and htr hose valve. Chrysler wants $1350 Canadian to replace heater core

i had the same problem,,i was going to replace the heater core to and just replaced the thermastat to a 195,,and boy do i have heat now,,cheers
