i beleive that it depends on the year of your car. and if its got speed sensor is digital or cable and all of that stuff.

No i just meant i was unsure about if the sensor was digital or cable, i'm just basically wondering if i can put an analog instrument cluster in place of my burned out digital one, it'd be alot cheaper for me to do :)
i can get the digital dash fixed but it's close to 300 dollars to do it.

im not sure with the digital dash (never worked with em) but i think that you have a mechanical speed cable instead of an electric one.

Any swap is possible. if you want like a 92' cluster guage , it should fit in there if the inserts for the clips are the same.might need a new surround.but for the most part that dashes from 82 - 92 have pretty much all the same crap in them minus the a/c controls here and there.
