My 94 seville froze this winter, well the resvoir did which caused the engine sensors to indicate an overheat situation. My question is i noticed since then that the engine never gets above 150' which means the thermostate is not opening correct? which may explain why the heater never gets really hot. Does this seem normal???

Im pretty sure it is goin to be your thermostat that is shot. The whole engine froze though because of a poor mixture of coolant? Be sure to check all hoses. But Im almost positive your thermostat is what is going to be shot. There retelively cheap to replace.

The thermostat is stuck in the open position allowing more coolant than needed to go through the engine. Which results in the engine not throwing heat.
