problem after problem what is that strange noise

ok hear this strange noise right be 4 i start the engine when i hear this noise the engine is not running so im thinking its a electronic problem also what is a tune up and car is blowing white smoke (non ac related) 1mo thing my car just shut off while in idle i started it up 3 more times and it didnt happen again i been reading other forums and all these problems seem very common on 94 tc thanks 4 tha help

The noise might be the fuel pumping through the rails, air pump filling the rear springs, a fluttering relay, or ??
You better have someone else turn the key on, while you have your head under the hood. :)

White smoke !! Is it smoke, or steam?
Smoke might be valve stem seals are shot, steam might be it's freakin cold outside.

Shuts off at idle, can be alot of things, or combination of things. You would do well to eliminate one system at a time.
* Plugs and Wires
* Fuel Filter
* Air Filter
* Check Battery condition, and connections.
* Check coil(s) condition, and connections.
