240 advice

Hey guys, had a question, i have a 1990 240sx, and the chassis has about 208,000 on it, what are some tings i should be looking out for.?? or should i just junk the car.. i bought it for $700 with a rebuilt tranns, new starter, alternator and belts, and its given me 6months with no problems,is it worth keepin around???

if it still runs why not?
has it been well maintained? if it has and you dont beat on it it will last you a little while longer, or you could just start rebuilding the engine, just keep up regualr maintenance it will go forever
