How to pull off window crank to remove door panel?

Can anyone tell me how to pull the window crank off the door of my Mercury Tracer so I can remove the door panel? Thanks a ton!!!

There is a clip behind the handle, just pull it off with a pair of needle nose pliers and handle will slide off
