not much space to work with, so I'd just get the smallest amplified tube that I could get, possibly 2 and you should be styling

Tubes would be the easy way but if you want good bass, you could fit two 10's with no problem...

if you go for 8", or 10" go into the sub manufacter's site and find out how much air space they require before you buy the sub. Then try designing a box to fit both the sub, and the truck.

I'd be very suprised if you can fit 10" subs in your truck with the proper air space that they should have.

Yeah AF is right I have a ported box which takes up all my leg room in the end, and its only housing an 8. I have had probs trying to find good sized subs for the room we have. But on the other had you dont need to follow the specs, only if u want good sound.

I would suggest going to www.crutchfield.com and going to subs, puting in your vehicle, then it shows the items that will fit your vehicle, that way you can find boxes for your truck, then build your own, if you don't like the prices...

Thanks for all the advice.....i have racing seats in it with 5 point belts so my space is even more limited, but i think i will try to fit a bass tube in there or something....would you recommend a bazooka tube???

either a bazooka tube or something like the mtx 6000 series subs sound real good with about 1 qubic foot of space

A tube is usually not supposed to be close to you cause all the air comes out one hole and like a bandpass box they don't sound good out in the open but when you put them in the back of your Monte Carlo or Blazer or whatever they sound ten times better. If you have racing seats in then you should have a little space inbetween them I would get the specs for a sealed box 10" or 12" and build a vented box with those specs.

I haven't heard of them but I meant to add you can pick up a 10" or 12" vented or sealed truck box through audiobauhn or MTX just one speaker so that might fit in your truck.

i have a kicker thats in a pretty slim box, behind my seat, chances are though, you are going to have to move your seat up a bit to fit any sub back there. Mines really small and i have to have the seat up a lot, which is ok once you get used to.

When I first bought my S-10 I thought I would never be able to fit subs behind the seats I have long legs so I wouldn't settle for moving my seat up and finally I found someone who makes custom boxes for my little problem "Audio Inhancers" and now my seat stay's all the way back. and no it doesn't muffle my subs at all

Do you remmeber the Company that supplied the "audio enhancers"? Do you have the web site link or something?
I have searched for Audio enhancers on google, but there are way too many hits!!

Thanks!
