dana 30 cv to universal conversion.

I have a 94 grand cherokee, 4.0 with the quadratrac, I have seen entries stating that you can change the axle shafts from cv, to the stronger u-joint type axles, is this a direct replacement?, what do i tell the parts counter guy?, or do i have to find this at specialty place? if so where?

go through warn or superior axle. best bet is go talk to one of the managers at 4wheelparts if you have one local. if you don't have one local, message me and i'll help you out. I am friends with our local store.

I think the Axles out of a XJ will work as long as it is the Danna 30 and the Axles have the ABS sensor rings on them.

when I bought my Grand, I was lucky enough to have the 297 d44 size front u-joints from the factory with 3.73's.
