Help BMW 3 seires clock

I can't remember how to adjust my clock on my 320i have lost owners manual which doesn't help

I think it was something on the onboard computer on the dashboard, if you change it there it changes automatically on the radio too, at least that's for when you have a newer model with the on board comp.
