Lost turning capability

How much turning would i lose if i were to purchase 18x7.5 rims for my 2000 2.2 Cavy? :confused:

If i make tighter turns, will the tires rub on the inside of the wall? I forgot to ask that question.

If the rims are within 35-45mm offset and no wider than 8 inches you will be fine.
