idle problem

About 1 year ago I bored out my throttle body- now all of a sudden when I am driving and push the clutch in-as in coming up to stop at a light- my car idles at about three grand and bounces about 2-300rpms up and down. Now the high idle at that point I believe is due to the bore I did with the throttle body but the unstable rpm range is what- the TPS? What should I do- whole new throttle body or just check the output volt. on my tps and adjust it?

u could adjust ur idle with the three little screws on the manifold
