I have a 1994 Silverado with TBI ,It has a chip and a thottle body spacer a K&N air filter and a 3 inch flowmaster cat back sys.all on a 5.7 engine i have problems on cold morning starts i warm it up for 10 min.and when i first pull away some mornings it dies it does have some black soot at tail pipe like it is running rich.Is there any body out there knows anything TBI choke sys. let my know (AND I HAVE CHECKED FOR CODE AND FOUND NONE)

TBI does not have a choke...cold driveability is calculated by engine temp, air temp and TPS.
I would check those first

Both temp sensor on the block have been replace(Maybe i have a bad one because my temp gauge read low in the truck about 150 or so i check temp at the rad and it read about 200 and the tremosat is new and a 195) (one in the head and one on the intake) How do i check the mass airflow (Air Temp) and the thottle poss. switch (TPS)
Thank you
Jim

doubt its the TPS, not bad idea to check mass air flow sensor although I'm not sure how. Deffinantly replace that sensor reading 150. GM motors are the only engines designed to operate @195 degrees, all others usually 180 degrees. So your reading @ radiator is probably correct but that sensor is telling the ECM the temp is only 150 deg so the ECM tells all other sensors and controls to run as if motor was only @ 150 deg so it can warm up to 195 deg. and so on and so on

The sensor on the intake (2 wire black and yellow) is the coolant sensor for the ECM.
Your truck does not have a MAF sensor.
Thank you
