Racing The Twincam Bubble

i got myself a 99' twin cam taurus to race tonight, i need to know how to charge it b/f take off. hold it at about 2k? i need to minmize spin ( im killing off all of alabamas civics and stangs)

i need no or little spin , any quick mods i can do? help quick!

Man i realy wish i could get my hands on one of those, right now i have a 12 valve 96 wagon and i love it aside from its been misfiring lately. i havent had experience with the duratec motors but i do know mine is pretty peppy just being a vulcan so i can imagine what a duratec will do.
