1997 Pontiac Transport Remote Keyless Entry

Hello! I'm guessing Tireburner will have the answer to this one. I have a 97 Pontiac Transport with one working & one non working remote. Before I fork out the cash to replace the remote, I would like to try resetting the remotes in hope it will "come to life". Any suggestions?
