engine swap!? 318is to m3

how much would it cost to swap a 1993 318is engine(out of a e36 chassie) out and put in a 1995 m3 engine in?....used with anywhere from 50-125k miles...ne1 know? ne help would be very appreciated!!! thans so much guys!

I don't know how much, sorry, but i do know that's a daring project you have there if you are going on with it.
I think the engine swap itself won't be that hard but it will be the rest that needs upgrades asswell, like the whole suspension will need a upgrade for an engine like that.
It will cost alot, thats for sure, but how much :dunno:
