Adding power mirrors

Some idiot cliped my mirror, must have been going pretty good, busted the plastic housing, so the dealer wants 200, I found replacements for like 75...
I have always wanted a POWER passenger side mirror, has anyone put one on as a retrofit? What controls do I need? Is the harns already set for power mirrors? And do I need to put BOTH mirrors power?
It's a 99 Astro, and this seems to be an "odd" year, it looks like there several things that are for this year only, one of them is the power mirrors.
Any help or even thoughts are appreciated
Rick

Howdy,

I've got a '98 Chevy Astro and just finished replacing the driver side power mirror today (but, it was already power). If you haven't already bought your mirrors, you can find some nice power mirrors on ebay for about $40 to $50. Even better, go to a salvage yard. I got two power mirrors for $21 at the local junk yard.
