Dodge Dakota wont start

Hi all ,my Dad has a 95 Dodge Dakota with a 318 and it wont Start the Lights come on.
Theres definately enough juice in the battery.
Please help!!
My Dads has no other Tranpo for work.
Please help?

Is there a clicking noise when you turn the key?
Does it turn over? (if not probably the starter) an easy repair on a dakota.

If it turns over then it is probably either fuel related or you aren't getting spark.
