Help!!

My friend has an 87 supra that is really messed up. Sometimes when he does burnouts his right wheel spins other times he does on his left wheel spins and other times both wheels spin. Any ideas on what this could be caused by??

If it is a NA (Non-Turbo) it probably has an open differential and is the nature of the beast. If its a turbo model it has a limited slip and both tires should spin. If in this case, the clutch packs in the differential are wasted and needs to be rebuilt. Look at the pumkin under the car and see if it says LSD on a tag or one that says "use LSD oil".
