Need Help With Prostart Program

Bought my wife a CT 3300 Prostart remote starter for xmas. I installed it, put all the wires together, followed the manual..lots of hours..now the darn thing won't program...LED light just stays on. She has a 91 Pontiac Tempest. What's the problem?????? Can anyone help me with this? Its freezing here in Northern Ontario Canada.

few things to check for 1 does hood pin work.does the park lights come on when the hood is open.2 is the ignition wires connected properly.3 are u waiting too long between programming.
