are these things real, or just crap?

hey i was just looking around on the internet and came across this...

check it out and tell me what you think, to me it sounds like B.S. but it would be cool if it were true.

they do actually make a very mild improvement, just not as much as they claim. they did reach the numbers they claim but their testing was done under special conditions, and throught a combination of other parts and additives. so dont waste your money there are better ways of improving your numbers.
