Need help wont spark

hey just put in a jdm b16a into my 90 civic si and it wont spark ive checked the wiring there is power goin to the distibutor, i have changed the cap rotor wires and plugs and still nothing. what could i have done wrong or what could be wrong? would i be able to use my jdm zcefisohc distibutor to see if its the distibutor that is fried?

any help would be great thanks.

switch the 2 white wires on the dist

I'd check the grounds to the block.. block is probably not grounded correctly thus no spark...

how many grounds is it supposed to have and where?
