Computer thinks the pressure is wrong in the EVAP cannister. Cannister could be plugged, vent hose could kinked, sensor messed up, or the vent solenoid is busted.

Where can I find the EVAP canister? Is this something I can look at and fix?
Thanks for the help!

try tighten your gas cap and then disconnect your battery to reset your codes.
Then replace or have your gas cap pressure checked.

I did try that and even a new cap and nothing? Is the 446 code the same as 440? Could it be due to moisture?

IIRC, there are 3 things that give the Evap System Code.
1. Loose/faulty gas cap.
2. Evap Canister problem - bad solenoid, leakage, etc.
3. Bad fuel tank pressure sensor.

Can you fix it yourself? If you have to ask I doubt it. You can look at it though. It is under the vehicle on the drivers side just in front of the rear axle. You might be able to see a kinked hose, unplugged connector, or damaged wire. If a connector is undone you might be able to plug that back in. Other than that you are likely asking for potentially serious trouble. The canister can be full of highly flammable gasoline under who knows how much pressure depending on what is wrong.
[QUOTE] Is the 446 code the same as 440?
No, the 440 is for the gas tank and 446 is for the canister.
