2002 Front suspension feels loose

the front suspension on my 2002 aurora 4.0 feels loose.
I can feel it in the steering wheel and some time hear it when I turn or hit a bump. I can also feel when I hit the brakes. It just feels like the conections are not tight.
Does anyone know about a suspension problem?
