2001 4X2 Brake Grind

I am noticing a slight grinding noise in my front driver's side brake (sounds like I am sharpening something on a bench grinder). It only happens when I brake and I can especially hear it when I press hard.

I just replaced my rotors/pads in the fall-47K miles b/c of a pulsing when stopping? Any thoughts?

I am going to look at it this weekend or take it to a shop later this week, but any help before then would be appreciated.
