Quick Fueler Cap help!

I got this today, but i have no idea how to build it.. i cant figure out what al the parts are there for. Can some one help me.

It depends on what type of fuel filler configuration you want to use. Got your reference pics handy?

okay.. i was thinking of using it on a fuel cell... well.. I am searching for reference... Why didn't i think of that simple one?

I think the set is ment to allow several different configurations, you don't need to use all the bits.
It's more a single hose, dry break system as used on Formula One cars.
