Interior lights don't work

I have a 2001 z71 and the interior lights don't work. I have checked the fuse and it is good, but there is no power to that fuse in the fuse box. I have played with the dome override switch but they still don't work. You can't even turn on interior lights by rotating the dimmer panel switch to the on position.

I had the same problem and took it to the dealership. The lighting control panel was shorted out. It costs about $60 bucks and takes 2 minutes to replace. Just take off the dash molding around the drivers consule and take the light switch out and disconnect the electrical connector. Do the opposite to intall. DISCONNECT YOUR NEGATIVE LEAD FROM YOUR BATTERY PRIOR TO ANY OF THIS
