96 cavalier Air Bag/Seat Belt Light stays on

Help please.... The Air Bag and seat belt warning light stay on after the car has been started. Also my fan speed controls dont work unless its on the two high fan speeds. I dont get any a/c or heat on the two low fan speeds. And finally since I have your attention, I sometimes get rain water in my rear passengers side floor. Ive tried to find the source but have yet to find a wet trail leading to it. It almost seams as if it is coming up from underneath. I get the same amount of water if im driving or just parked.

1. Go to Autozne and get a sensor check. Might be the electrical to the sensor if perhaps a wire is loose.
2. AC issue sounds like a fan belt prob perhaps or the refrigerant
3. check the seals around the door for cracks or holes if none found check the outer seals above the door
