Driver's side inner door

Is there a special tool required to get the inside covering off of the driver's door? I removed all the screws and there seems to be a set of clamps across the top. Is it suppose to just lift off or am I missing something? Thanks

I supposed to have to lift it up, did you remember to unplug the wire that connected to the door panel?
