anyone here run a Hallman Pro with stock T-25?.
i just got mine today and installed it according to vfaq. i am just curious, because i have to turn the knob all the way up to the end (clockwise) on the valve to get 16.5psi with the stock soft spring provided. i am just wondering if it's the same with you.

i don't think so tho. one thing i did notice was when i first finished the install. i had the knob backed all the way out to lowest to start my test drive. and the boost was about 11psi with it all the way backed out (lowest boost). so i had to stop a couple times to make several turns clockwise and eventually get to my desired 16.5 psi. but now it seems the knob have hit the bottom. is that normal with the soft spring?
does that mean the factory T-25 have the wastgate actuator default at releasing the pressure to 11psi boost? or what does this mean.

Yep. The WG has a spring that basically regulates the lowest boost pressure possible. Do you have the stock BOV???? If so, that is likely your problem for maxing out at 16.5 psi. You really don't want to run the T-TooSmall anymore than 15 or 16psi.

If you have a boost leak (the stock BOV counts as one) and get 15psi, your turbo is most likely pushing the 20psi people recommend against, and it's leaking.
