Very long and tiring project... came across a lot of problems with paint and fitment ( never use Krylon Fusion ). I ended up rushing in the end to finish before going off to school again, but i'm satisfied with the results! Now on with the model...
This is a Revell 35th anniversary Camaro SS, but I decided to go with a black and white paint scheme instead of the red w/ silver stripes. One of my favorite cars btw
Mods:
-Lowered front and rear (went the lazy way and just ditched the springs)
-Missing front turn signals and fog lights and rear brake light on spoiler (left those pieces at school :p )
-Exhaust made of Caprisun straws
Now with the photos: (ignore the food :cwm27: )

that looks killer. Alot better then mine. Your right, this is a horrible kit, I end up getting pissed at mine, a screwing up somewhere. I'm not too sure on this, but i think cars that came with the black mirrors also came with the black door handles. BTW, did you try and correct the front panel lines?

I think you have done a great job. (Most people that know me on this board know that I don't just give out renadom compliments). Some tips for next time that you might want to consider:
1) Panel lines
2)....thats it ;)
I think you have done a great job with paint, clean execution, solid interior build and decal and detail application. For your first batch of models (believe me, I am on number 1001) you did a great job and will only get better!
Can't wait to see more stuff from you,
-Paul

not bad, overall it looks pretty clean, two suggestion would be to paint the blinker inlets or make some from clear plastic, and also some light grey panel lines would make standout even more.

so i guess this car was orgionally black, and repainted white huh...telling from the engine bay colors (j/k) Revell really screwed up with the painting guide too...(i have the 1:1 ;))

Hey,
Really nice and really clean. I guess it was hungry for some ritz crackers? lol. Are those the stock rims painted black? Keep up the great work!!
