89 toyota heater fan

I have no power at the fan motor (the fan tested fine)
there is no power at the switch
what wire would show power at the switch
the fuse is fine
is there a fan relay or a fuseable link in line after the fuse

Check the wiring diagram. It will answer all your questions. I find making an enlarged copy makes it easier to follow and mark off circuits that I have checked.

Hayne's manuals usually come with wiring diagrams. If you don't want to invest in a repair manual, public libraries have repair manuals and copy machines.
