Timing Help For an 88

Hey all, I was wondering what the ignition timing is for an 88 5.0 4bbl. The under hood sticker that tells you is rather worn and unreadable. Any help is appreciated.

0* BTDC, that is with the engine at operating temps and with the ESC disconnected.
